1Who is responsible for your data
Orvita Tecnología (“Orvita,” “we” or “us”), located at Monterrey, Nuevo León, México, is responsible for the personal data collected through this website.

2What data we collect
- Email: the information you choose to include in your message, such as your name, company and project details.
- Phone: your number and what you share with us if you call or text us.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, date and time of your visit and pages requested, which the server logs automatically.
We don't ask for sensitive personal data (such as health, religion or ethnic origin) or financial data. Please don't include it in your messages.
3How we use it
We use your data only to handle what you ask of us:
- Reply to your messages and requests for information.
- Prepare and send you a proposal or quote, when you ask for one.
- Follow up on the conversation about your project.
- Keep the site secure: prevent abuse and fix errors.
We don't use your data for anything else, such as sending you advertising or building marketing profiles. If we ever wanted to, we would ask for your consent first.
4Who we share it with
We don't sell, rent or trade your personal data. To run the site we work with providers that process data on our behalf and under our instructions:
- Hostinger: the server that hosts the site.
- Google Workspace: our email provider, which receives and stores the messages you send us.
Apart from these cases, we will only share your data when a law or a competent authority requires it.
5How long we keep it
- Messages: while we follow up on your request. If you become a client, for the duration of our working relationship and the periods required by tax and business laws.
- Server logs: for short periods; they are deleted automatically.
6Cookies and tracking
This site doesn't use cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics or advertising tools. Fonts and code are served from our own server, so your browser doesn't connect to third parties when you visit. The only thing the site saves is your light or dark theme choice, stored in your own browser.
7Your rights and how to exercise them
You can ask us to access your data, correct it if it's inaccurate, delete it or stop using it. Depending on where you live, local law may give you additional rights.
To do so, email us at hola@orvita.cloud with:
- Your name and the email where you want to receive our reply.
- Which right you want to exercise and on which data.
- If you're acting on someone else's behalf, proof that you're authorized to do so.
We may ask for information to confirm your identity before acting on your request. Exercising these rights is free, and we won't treat you differently for doing so.
8Children
This site is intended for businesses and adults. We don't knowingly collect data from children.
9Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The current version is the one published on this page, with the date of the last update shown at the top.
