- Try to access our systems without authorization, compromise their security or disrupt their operation.

The information on this site (service descriptions, reference timelines, prices, figures and examples) is for information only and may change without notice. Demos shown on the site, such as the sample chat, are illustrative.
Each project is governed by the proposal or contract we sign with the client, which prevails over anything this site says. Emailing or calling us doesn't create a contractual relationship.
5Intellectual property
The design, text, code, graphics and isotype of this site, as well as the Orvita name, belong to us or we have the right to use them. You may not copy, reproduce or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission.
6Links to other sites
Some links may lead to third-party sites. We're not responsible for their content, availability or privacy policies.
7Availability and liability
We provide this site “as is.” We work to keep it running well and its information accurate, but we don't guarantee it will be free of errors or interruptions.
To the extent permitted by law, Orvita is not liable for damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the site.

9Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time. The current version is the one published on this page, with the date of the last update shown at the top.
10Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States.
If a disagreement arises, we will first try to resolve it directly and in good faith. To start, email us at hola@orvita.cloud explaining the issue. If we haven't reached an agreement within 30 days of that message, either party may go to the competent courts of Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico, unless applicable law provides otherwise. This prior step doesn't limit the rights the law grants you.
11General provisions
- If any part of these terms is found invalid, the rest remains in effect.
- If we don't enforce a rule at a given time, that doesn't mean we waive it.
- We're not responsible for failures or delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, utility outages or provider failures.
- These terms, together with the privacy policy, are the entire agreement on the use of this site.
